Do I have to be a member to purchase items from the
Track Chic Boutique?

No, but Track Chic members earn a special discount of 10% off goods and services purchased online. Members also enjoy special privileges like "Chic Chat", the members' only bulletin board and communication forum. Better yet, become a Crew Chief and receive not only a 10% discount but also earn "Fun Money" commission on all products purchased online by your Crew Team. What is a Crew?

A Crew is an exclusive group of Track Chic Members sharing their passion for Speed, Style & Sisterhood. Membership in Track Chic provides women a place to learn more about the sport they love, to fellowship with other women who share their passion, to show support for females in the industry and to give back to the community through charitable causes they care most about.

How do I start a Crew?

To start your own Crew, visit the "Join the Crew!" page on our website and click the "Create a New Crew Team" link.

How do I join a Crew?

Visit the "Join the Crew!" webpage and click the link "Join a Crew Team". You will be able to search for existing Crew Teams in your neighborhood. If you don't see a Crew Team near you, you can start your very own by clicking on the "Create a New Crew Team" link. Or, you can respond to a Crew invitation and simply include that crew's information on your Membership Application.

What does a Crew Chief do?

That's when the fun begins! Once a Crew Chief creates her Crew, she invites other women to join her to help plan race parties, camping caravans, shop, share and grow with. Crew Chiefs also create their own Crew Webpage to post announcements, share photos, email other members ... and earn "Fun Money"! Learn more by visiting the "Join the Crew!" page.

How does "Fun Money" work?

"Fun Money" is our way of saying "Thank you" for your word of mouth marketing efforts and for supporting Track Chic's causes. In addition to the 10% Membership Discount earned on personal on-line purchases, Crew Chiefs receive a 10% commission on their Crew Members' online purchases. It's that simple!

Crew Chiefs have the option of receiving your Thank You Notes Fun Money checks each quarter to use as you wish - or, if you prefer, Track Chic will donate your Fun Money directly to the charity of your choice on your behalf. If someone in your Crew decides to start her own crew, you will continue to earn 5% commission on online purchases made by her new Crew Team!

How do I place an order?

Shop Track Chic's Boutique unique line of Sassy and Classy fashions. Click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, select the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box and then click the "Add to Cart" button. A window will open stating that the product has been added to your shopping cart and if the product is in stock or backordered. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the page, revealing the items you have added to your cart. You will see a "Checkout" button which you can click to place your order. Or, you can click on "View Details" to view the entire contents of your cart. The "Checkout" button will take you to a "Sign In" page. When you have made your "Sign In" choice, you will be asked to provide your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click "Submit", and your purchase is complete! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may print this summary for your records. An email version of this summary will also be sent to the email address included on your order form.

Below is a general size guideline for your reference. Remember, different styles may sometimes vary from these general size charts and may fit your body differently.



To measure:

Bust:
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, and then drop your arms to your sides to measure.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

For the best fit, wear little or no clothing while measuring, and use a fabric tape measure.

What if I forgot my account password?

If you forget your password and need to modify or update information in your account (such as add a new shipping destination or change your credit card preference), go to the "My Account" section, and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. When the "Forgot Your Password" page appears, type in the email address you used to create your account, and we will send you an email with your correct password.

How can I cancel or update an order I placed online?

Track Chic will do everything possible to accommodate order changes and cancellations. In an attempt to provide the best service, we try to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If an order has already left the warehouse, it is not possible for us to make any order adjustments. If that should happen, we will be happy to work with you through our Returns & Exchange program to satisfy your needs. Can I track my order on your Web site?

Yes, if you have a Track Chic account with us at the time you place your order you can track any order that you place through the Track Chic website. To track your order, visit the "My Account" section, and click on the "Order History" link.

Is it safe to order from you over the Internet?

Track Chic uses a 128-bit encryption key issued by GeoTrust to protect your credit card information. When a secure connection is initiated, our server's public key is automatically transferred to your browser. Your browser then uses this key to encrypt information transferred back to Track Chic. This information can only be decrypted using the private key installed on Track Chic's secure server.

How does your site protect my privacy?

This site recognizes the IP addresses of visitors, but not their email addresses. Individually identifiable email addresses are not captured or stored unless they are provided by the visitor. Persons who communicate with Track Chic, and supply us with an email address, may receive future communications by email. Persons who do not wish to receive email messages may remove themselves from the mailing list at any time by sending an email to customer service. View our Privacy Policy for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, Track Chic will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Simply return your merchandise by mail. On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange it, credit the price toward another Track Chic purchase, or receive a refund. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to: Track Chic, Inc.
